8:30 AM – Transfer to NUNATAK
Passengers will be picked up at their accommodations and transferred in our exclusive transfers to NUNATAK in the Tierra Mayor valley, where the adventure will begin.
9:30 AM – Induction lecture
Our Musher instructor welcomes us with an introductory talk to the world of sled dogs, visiting the Husky Park. We then begin the sled driving instruction, learning the techniques of sledding and sled handling.
11:00 AM – Sled Ride (6km)
We put the harnesses on the dogs and hook them to the sled.
As we advance, our caravan of sleds enters the snowy valley, culminating in the refuge of the axeman.
12:30 PM – Refreshments at Refugio del Hachero
We will replenish calories with a snack.
After resting, mushers and dogs continued the journey, crossing forest, frozen rivers and experiencing the magical white silence.
