Discover in a full day excursion the Torres del Paine National Park (Chile)<\/b>, considered one of the eighth wonders of the world. Located in the heart of Southern Patagonia, 300 kms south of El Calafate, it is considered one of the most beautiful parks in the world for its curious and unique conformation of mountains, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, flora and fauna. <\/p>\n
Crossing the Patagonian steppe<\/b> from north to south we will arrive at the border crossing of Cancha Carrera (2.30 hs approximately), from where we will begin to travel through the beautiful south of Chile<\/b> until we enter the Torres del Paine National Park <\/b>, which means Blue in the Tehuelche language, in reference to the predominant color.<\/p>\n
Once in the park, we will make several stops with and without descending the vehicle to contemplate lakes, waterfalls, and we may even be able to see foxes and guanacos, and perhaps pumas, among other native animals.<\/p>\n
On board of our 4×4 OVERLANDS<\/b> we will visit strategic points, from where we will undertake hikes that will allow us to access the panoramic viewpoints of the most important natural attractions<\/b> of the Park.<\/p>\n
Leaving the border of Cerro Castillo we will take the road to Laguna Amarga, a panoramic viewpoint of Torres del Paine. We will continue on board the vehicle to make stops at various viewpoints such as Laguna de los Cisnes and Mirador Superior del Nordenskjold until we reach Puerto Pudeto<\/strong>, the starting point that leads to Salto Grande.<\/strong> If the weather permits we will walk along the shore of Lake Pehoe to the lower viewpoint of the Cuernos del Paine<\/b>. \nThe hike is of low technical difficulty <\/b>and minimal physical demands, it is done in the company of our trekking guide<\/b> authorized by CONAF Chile. <\/p>\n
\nThe order of the stops may vary according to the guide’s criteria.
